Low Loss 50 Ohm Cable Types

100 series - RG174 type, approx 1/10th inch diameter, most suitable for 1-10 ft applications.

195/200 series - RG58 type, approx 2/10ths inch diameter, most suitable for 10-25 ft applications.

240 series - RG8X type, approx 1/4 inch thick, most suitable for 20-40 ft applications

400 series - RG8 type, approx 4/10ths of an inch thick, most suitable for 50 applications.

Some assemblies are available on special cable types including RG188, RG223 and RG316. Additional cable types for increased flexibility or certain environmental conditions are also available. Please e-mail support@citruscables.com for availability and pricing.

Return Policy

General

We will glady refund or replace any item(s) where we ship the wrong item(s) or a defective item(s). We can not accept returns because the customer decides they do not need the items(s) they ordered. This policy takes effect when the merchandise leaves our facility.

Antenna & RF Cables

Antenna and RF Cables are built to order and as such are not returnable because the customer ordered the wrong connectors. We offer the customer two ways of preventing such occurrences.

First, we offer an RF Identification Chart that allows customers to see enlarged photos of individual connectors.

Second, you may contact us by e-mail at support@citruscables.com or call our toll free line at 1-877-759-4834

We also offer a remedy for incorrectly ordered cables. You may return them for re-termination at your expense. We will replace connectors for the following prices.

100 & 195 series connectors - $6.95 per connector

200 & 240 series connectors - $9.95 per connector

400 series connectors - $12.95 per connector

You will be required to pay for the re-terrmination plus return shipping before we ship your cables back.

If you choose to use this option please contact us at support@citruscables.com for return instructions.

The Antenna and RF Cable policy takes effect when the cables are originally terminated.

All special orders and custom orders for Fiber Optic Cables and Jumpers, and Cat5e and Cat 6 Patch Cords are non-cancellable and non-refundable (NCNR)
